You can take Sergio's philosophical approach to answering the question. However, the interviewers are usually trying to evaluate your ability to adapt to stress and to resolve issues. The answer is not as important as your reasoning behind it.

Dealing with third parties on integration work to our project. I immediately smelled it in the water as we identified stakeholders. I added this to the risk registry and monitored daily with the client. Even with the warning it delayed the project, but it could have been much worse had we not identified ways to light fires under the third party complete the work before money ran out for the client.
