You cannot compare it, because the PMP real questions are far more situational and text intensive. With the PM Challenge questions you can train yourself on certain definitions and get more used to it, but for a proper PMP exam preparation do not use them.

Pui Chee -

I would NOT recommend using the PM Challenge questions to prepare for the exam as they are foundational (not scenario-oriented) and I've found a few where the answers are actually wrong. When it comes to studying for the PMP exam, you get what you pay for!

PMChallenge questions are good to keep material fresh in your head. They are not meant to get you ready for a PMP exam.

Even mock exams usually have questions that are not the same as what you will see in the exam. Just take them for what they are meant to do - help you understand and remember information. Don't think of mock exams as a measure of exam readiness.

It has no sense. I am part of the quality assurance group in exam certification questions.

I very much agree with what was mentioned by my fellow colleagues especially that the exam questions are situational and lengthy ones, not straight forward.

PMchallenge questions are to hone PM knowledge and skills as mentioned in the PMchallenge page NOT for a real PMP exam.

PM Challenge questions are too basic to keep your knowledge about different term fresh in your mind and not to be considered as a preparation guide for PMP exam

PM Challenge questions are just to verify your basic knowledge about project management concept and agility in project management. PMP question are more related to the situation and obviously few questions are related to theoretical.

Any knowledge gained is good. The issue is that time is finite, and there are better ways to get to the PMP certification.

I agree with what everyone has already stated as the PMP exam is far too contextual and situationally driven for these basic questions to even be considered as a study plan or guide to prep for this certification exam.

We have had this and many similar questions come up in our discussions recently. Many of us have listed resources we have used to successfully study and pass the PMP exam.
Our esteemed colleague, Markus Klein, has probably posted more resource info and links than any of us, (thank you, Markus!), and I have copied a link to a recent discussion thread where he offered a very comprehensive list. I think if you look into some of those sources, you will see just how deep we need to go to pass the PMP.
