They are more than 600+ ITTO in PMBOK. Hope that the finding above could narrow down our focus on only "more" important KA ITTO related question. Saving Changes...
There will always be questions referring to OPA's and EEF's on the exam, but the rest of the ITTO's are up for grabs. If one looks at the knowledge flow maps in the PMBOK, the ITTO's kind of click after a while. It is certainly an easier process than learning 100's of ITTO's by heart.

See the Content Outline document and you will have the answer.
As you study each process, highlight key inputs, tools & outputs vs. all of them. As Sante has mentioned, OPAs and EEFs are common inputs into multiple processes and it's rare you'd find a foundational question asking about their usage.
Certain PMP Prep courses will help in this process by focusing on just the ones which lend themselves to exam questions but if you aren't taking a prep course, I'd second Sergio's advice to let the tasks within the PMP ECO guide your studying.

Considering I only took the PMP exam once, I can hardly say I have experience into knowledge areas' inputs/tools/techniques/outputs on the exam.

there is a big chance that you will see not one question asking directly for a specific ITTO.
It is much more important to deeply understand all the processes and how they are interrelated.
You may refer to the following guide on how to master all that ITTO stuff:
