Are the any connections or collaborations between PMI and other PM communities like IPMA, GPM or PRINCE2?

There are informal collaborations between PMI, IPMA and Axelos (PRINCE2). I don't know of any formal partnerships between them.

For example, I can claim Axelos webinars for PDUs. However, Axelos is not listed as a recognized education provider.
