Additional skills needed for a project manager

Other than project management skills what other skills a project manager need to be equipped with to become present and future ready?

Knowing about the industry e.g. market, regulation, competition (products, services) is also a must. It's important to quickly now about the details otherwise you will not be able to persuade and influence the top decisions. You will be mainly doing administrative work.

I believe that industry knowledge is desirable, not a must. If it was a must, you would be very limited in what projects you can do, even within your own industry.

I've been given projects where I had very little knowledge of the industry or its products. While it hindered me at first, I was still able to do what I had the experience to do: manage the project.
