My company now uses Box.com and there looks to be hundreds of additional Apps available. Are there any that are useful for PM's in IT Project Management?

Most file sharing web applications are usually frowned upon by organizations' IT security departments.
I know my organization certainly blocks them, including box.com.
While you can try to make a business case to have an exception made for you, I don't really see the added value offsetting the increased organization security risks. Saving Changes...

My experience is that box.com is faster and easier than locking down and extending SharePoint, or exposing the Clarizen files object. It's very quick, and integrates nicely with MS-Office. Once the project is complete we will archive the project folder to our content management system, as will out client and partners, then wipe the folder. Saving Changes...
