I happened to use Cheetah Learning. I can't compare, as they are all I have experience with, but I was happy with the format, course outline, and philosophy.

I've used uCertify for my PMI-SP and PMI-RMP. I found them useful as a review tool. I did find their mock exams somewhat limited.

It did the job for me.
