Can anyone point me to an internet source showing me a matrix that can be used to show people's roles and responsibilities within a project. I would describe it as having along one axis the deliverables of a project with the other axis showing names or roles. At the intersection it shows what responsibility that person has for the deliverable. For example, for the deliverable of a Business Requirements Document then an analyst, user and project manager would have the respective responsibilities of author, consultative, sign-off. Apologies I probably not using the correct terminology. I used it occasionally some time ago and have recently seen it somewhere but can't find a link on the web.
