Hello Patrick, I have just taken PMI-ACP exam and done with it successfully. I use the study material from IzenBridge created by Saket Bansal. That is really very helpful and self sufficient. You can also refer the success stories from Izen Bridge Forum which will take you half a way itself. And with the dedicated preparation for a month from the given material will give a good success in PMI_ACP as per my experience of it.
Thanks for the feedback and suggestions Ankita! Very happy and thankful for everyone's outpouring of love and support

A couple of additional tips:

1. Answer questions from the point-of-view of an agile lead/Scrum Master
2. You have to know the Manifesto values & principles very well as a lot of scenario questions will test whether you adopt the agile mindset
3. Most of the practice questions were based on Scrum. There were a (very) few tied to Lean, Kanban and XP.

Thanks Kiron! You've provided some solid tips I'll be mindful of when taking the exam

Hi Patrick,
Agile practice guide is a good addition to PMBOK for clearing your concepts about Agile and learning about other Agile practices. But I don't think so that anyone can give you a feedback on PMI-ACP exam with refrence to Agile Practice Guide as it will be part of reference content from 26 Mar 2018.
I cleared ACP Exam 2 days back and man it was tough.
I did go through Agile Practice Guide for knowledge only and not from exam point of view.
As I mentioned in my earlier post that I was preparing from Mike Griffiths PMI-ACP Prep book and I found it to be awesome.

The new Agile Practice Guide covers lots of the content tested on the PMI-ACP exam but does not address everything on the PMI-ACP Exam Content Outline. So, I recommend you use study materials designed around the PMI-ACP Exam Content Outline.

By all means use the Agile Practice Guide as supplemental reading, in the guide we discuss many familiar agile topics from a different perspective. However, remember it also contains content (such as hybrid approaches) that will not be tested on the PMI-ACP exam.

So, is it useful and relevant? – Yes. Should you use it as a study guide? – No, because it does not cover all you need to know and also covers things not in the exam.

Although the Agile Practice Guide is designed considering the PMI-ACP exam, the exam is not based on Agile Practice Guide. It's good if you are reading the Guide to gain to gain understanding about Agile, but you should also consider other reference books suggested by other members. You can also attend bootcamp carried by training providers like MSys Training, which will help you to get your certification.
