Has anyone used the recently published PMI Agile Practice Guide to study for the exam? Feedback, thoughts, insights?

Hi Patrick,

I just passed my PMI-ACP exam last weekend. I used the PMI-ACP exam prep book by Mike Griffiths, which was very detailed but easy to read, as well as his PMI-ACP workbook, which had less detail but more exercises. Both were great.

I also attended a prep class through PMI South FL chapter, conducted by Knowledge Convey that was good reinforcement.

Practical experience in Agile delivery was a huge help. Some tips to share:
- Don’t worry about memorizing formulas or other facts
- Focus on understanding mindset and why practices work
- Use this understanding as a guide to choosing your response
- Read the questions carefully.
- Be sure you understand the scenario and what is being asked
- Read each answer carefully.
- Evaluate each answer against the question
- Sometimes more than one seem right. Pick the one that BEST answers the question

Good luck in your journey!!

I've really enjoyed studying Mike Griffith's book, as mentioned by the OP and others, so I second that recommendation.
