My organization (small IT company, less than 60 employees) uses Salesforce.com for our CRM solution, and its derivative, Supportforce.com for tracking tech support issues. We have also purchased the project mgmt derivative, Projectforce. We're very happy with its integration and reporting capabilities, but are struggling with how we can use it effectively to track project milestones. Does anyone out there have any experience in using this for project tracking?
