As a part of my program, I am carrying out a research with Title about "Can balancing Project Management Hard Skills and Soft Skills bring success to International Company projects?"
Research Aim
The aim of this research is to work out the effective project management by balancing soft and hard skills. This helps to avoid projects’ failure as well as enhance the productivity in a business context in Vietnam.
Research Objective
1. To define and compare between soft skill s and hard skills.
2. To examine the significance of balancing soft and hard skills in project management to the success of International company projects.
3. To verify the reasons why the projects fail and to define the measures for the success of projects
4. To recommend the necessary suggestions for improving soft and hard skills to enhance performance for project managers.
