1. Read the Exam Content Outline (http://www.pmi.org/-/media/pmi/documents/p...am-outline.pdf) for the exam
2. I used the PMBOK Guide (Chapter 11) and the Risk Management Standard as the primary references.
3. I took a bunch of practice exams.

www.pmstar.org is the site I used (paid) - I didn't shop around so there might be others which are better or cheaper...

Make sure to read the stakeholder management in the PMBOK, Carlos. I found the exam covered quite a lot of material from that knowledge area
