What line items comprise a PMO's budget?

Salaries and training would comprise the majority of the budget, but what other costs, large or small, would a PMO need to consider?

Eric -

A lot depends on the nature of the PMO and its mandate, but here are a few ideas:

1. Tools to support the PMO's services - BI or other types of reporting tools for example
2. Books, membership & certification dues or other resources to help raise PM awareness
3. Printing costs for procedural guides or other hardcopy documentation for PMs

Thanks, Stéphane. The plan had high-level tasks that didn't mention PMO budgeting line items, but it's was useful to view nonetheless.
