I work in Development Sector. Which certification is more useful for PM in Development Institution? PMP or PM4NGOs (https://apmg-international.com/product/pmd-pro)

Since PMP is more recognized I'm more inclined towards it. But want to get an idea on what others think based on individual experiences.

Thanks,

I have never heard of PMD Pro. Perhaps, that in ittself is telling.

Think about it from a recruiter or an employer's point of view: do you want a specialized project manager or a generalized project manager?

I second Stephane's thoughts, depends on your goal post the certification. PMP certainly has a large reach/acceptance globally.
