Tips to strengthen psychology for the CAPM exam

I plan to take the CAPM exam in two weeks despite I have been preparing for 4 months I'm still afraid so I need your help.

The best way to overcome anxiety for such exams is to score high marks on good quality practice exams. If you are consistently achieving scores in the high-80's to low-90's you have nothing to fear.

Remember that the CAPM exam questions are 100% based on the PMBOK Guide so there isn't the same level of uncertainty as there might be with the PMP exam where questions might originate from over 50 reference books.

While you are unlikely to totally overcome your fears, when you get to the exam center, practice any mindfulness techniques you know including focus on breathing to control your anxiety.

To follow on Kiron's advice, confidence is always built on preparation. The more you are prepared, the more you will gain confidence.

You will never loose all the nervousness if you care about the outcome. Just use that remaining nervousness to give you energy at your exam.
