Most hiring managers want to know if you’re a good team player before they commit to working with you every day. By asking a behavioral question, they are giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your team skills by sharing a relevant example. What would be your advice on this?

This is a pretty straightforward question - answer in the affirmative whether you had people management responsibilities or project management responsibilities over a team.

Most behavioral type questions are likely to be more challenging e.g. "Tell me about a time when you had an issue with one of your team members and had to work through that issue with them and/or their functional manager?"
