This is a pretty straightforward question - answer in the affirmative whether you had people management responsibilities or project management responsibilities over a team.
Most behavioral type questions are likely to be more challenging e.g. "Tell me about a time when you had an issue with one of your team members and had to work through that issue with them and/or their functional manager?"
