12 Month View / Large "War Board"

The software development company I work for has about 30 developers spread among about 20 projects. We're so focused on the "trees" that the "forest" is hard to see. I'd like to create a simple to digest 12 month view that shows just the high level milestones and target dates for each project. Ideally, this would be online somewhere so anyone in the company could view it from anywhere. But I also need to produce a large, but updateable, "war board" for our conference room. Similarly, I need to show which developers are assigned to which projects; some of them work on multiple project concurrently.

Does anyone know of anything I could use to achieve these goals? All advice is much appreciated!

If you're asking about a software to meet the needs you describe please check out:
- Rational Portfolio Manager (http://www-306.ibm.com/software/awdtools/portfolio/index.html)
- MS Enterprise Project Management Solution (http://www.microsoft.com/office/project/pr...m/default.mspx)
Both do what you ask for, and there may be other tools (cheaper) out there.
