I was wondering if anyone has come across good sources of material on how to implement RAD? I am specifically looking for information that will help in clarifying:
1. Process (flows, decision/quality gates, artificats created per phase, etc)
2. Roles & Responsibilities
3. Tools
4. Artifacts (templates, examples, etc)
5. Training (tips on rolling out in IT & business)
I have found some useful information from a number of sites but a lot of it tends to address only a particular piece of the above. We are looking to clarify what it is, how (and when) it can be used etc. and then roll it out to a pilot group (our e-Business Development Team) before rolling out to a potentially larger audience.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
