NEBOSH Int Cert in Health & Safety. Is it worth the price?

I've found this course NEBOSH INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE IN CONSTRUCTION SAFETY & HEALTH which can be studied online, but it seems pricey.

Could anybody advise if this is worth the investment and if any employer ever ask for certs like this one?
