Any great exam prep recommendations for the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)®?

I am looking to sit the exam in the next few months. Any recommendations for an review/exam prep book? My interest is for something equivalent and practical like Rita Mulcahy's or Andy Crowe's book for the PMP.
