How can a single activity inside a project Schedule can be on critical path considering start and finish date of project equivalent as start and finish date of activity Without having dependency?

Yes, a single activity can be on the critical path; I just tried it in MS Project. Here's what I did:
Task A = 1 day
Task B = 2 days; Predecessor is Task 1
Task C = 1; Predecessor is Task 1
Task D = 3; Predecessor is Task 2
Task E = 7 days
Tasks A and E start on the project start date.

When you look at the network diagram, the only task on the critical path is Task E.

Sir,

In primavera these activities named as out of sequence activity or open end activities.
Usually this method is not acccepted by client through primavera.

I understand Msproject does agree onthis but in primavera its is better to make it WBS and break into micro level with depedencies.

Not clear on you question.

Activity and Project have the same start and finish date! The activity is the critical path.

Sir ,
I meant how can a single activity without having any dependencies inside a schedule gives u a critical path consider start date of activity same as start date of project and finish date of an activity same as finish date of Project.

If not having a dependence then it does not belongs to a path. No matter the path is critical or not.
