Athanasios -

Manage Stakeholder Engagement can lead to Control Stakeholder Engagement via updates to the Issue Log. The second sentence in the body of the question is clearly related to Control Stakeholder Engagement, but that is the next process you will proceed to - right now, you are in Manage Stakeholder Engagement as you are actively communicating and working with stakeholders.

Because you're in the midway it means that you are at the execution stage and you will adjust your strategy and plans in the future: Control stakeholders. So the right answer is C.

This question is a tricky one! "Communication" and in the "midway of your project" meaning you are in the executing process group. And Manage SHE process falls in this PG. So the answer is C.
