Are you asking about specific metrics which might used to measure performance on a project following an agile delivery approach?

If so, metrics such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, response time, story points delivered vs. remaining, features delivered, features being used/features delivered are all potential candidates along with qualitative measures such as team morale/satisfaction and stakeholder/customer satisfaction. Earned value can also be adapted for use on these projects.

Thanks for clarifying, G. Besides what Kiron suggested, you could also add estimation accuracy. (One of my previous employers wanted our estimates to be within 5% of the actuals.)

The same metrics you use to meassure other software development methods will be used into agile environments. While meassure depends on your envionment you will find a lot inside the CMU SEI website and ACM Computer website.

Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movements of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy."
