I would like to share your thoughts according to improvements to this website.
My first consideration is the needing of improvement in the way we are posting our question to a discussion. My first suggestion is that it is necessary to have an option to upload our images to our topics. Let’s say that we want to upload a chart or a table to discuss it. Is there any way to do this or I'm missing something.

You can link to a location like Dropbox.

There is work on-going for improving the site. I don't have insight, but have seen little changes here and there implemented.

That said, you have more of a RTE (Rich Text Editor) when creating a blog post.

One suggestion is wrt webinars- if certain webinars are at capacity and not accepting any more live attendees it would be helpful to display that as an icon or text to help save a few clicks

Images might be an issue, one could upload anything. Which brings me back to a topic a while back about the need for site moderators.

I have been able to embed graphics in my posts using base 64 encoding. It basically turns a graphic into an HTML tag. Like this one.

I don't understand why connections is a factor of the influence score. It doesn't work in an interactive way and you are not getting any feedback from your connections.
