1. What processes do you wish to automate and are those processes being consistently followed?
2. What are your must have vs. nice-to-have requirements?
3. What's your budget?
4. Does your organization have any technology standards which will influence this decision - for example, some companies might prefer in-house hosted systems instead of cloud-based solution.

Hi Kiron,
My reply.
1. I wish if possible from start to end.
2. Not sure yet.
3. No budget yet for time being as still under studying.
4. Currently no technology standards.
First, could you please clarify what you mean by on-line? There are lots of PM systems which are connected through a network and work online.
But if you would like to find a system, which is established to be used online by different independent users(companies) for different unrelated projects at the same time, like cloud services that everybody can use for its own purposes, it is a different story and requires more research.

Currently i'm still in research mode.

This doesn't help to narrow down the playing field.
Your answer to my first question doesn't really provide much clarity on which PM processes are being consistently followed and hence are ready to be automated.
Even if you focus just on cloud-based PM solutions, there are many choices, any of which might be the right fit, but without providing more details of the specific context you are in, it will be very difficult for anyone to provide a good recommendation.
I'd suggest starting with the Wikipedia page I had originally provided...
