Implementing a new PMO and want to coach new PMs on how to conduct meetings. I have my experience, but would like to see if anyone has any white papers or decks on how to prepare for meetings, manage different encounters with team members, deal with differing levels of team members, executives on calls. Perhaps firstly look at some ground rules whereby meetings should be conducted/attended. Also the process of recording and storing meeting data (minutes, presentations, topic, attendees etc.).
