As I have above question, and there are two answers:-
PMO or Experience Project Manager?
I prefer to choose PMO ( because six sigma is methodology DMAIC and it is pure quality, thus PMO might have an expert of quality man).
I would highly appreciate your contribution.

Organizations adopting Six sigma methodology generally have black belt and master black belts who guide the green belts to use correct process analysis tools. They Validate the six sigma case study right from defining business case till control phase of DMAIC cycle. Organizations would prefer to bring them under PMO, to utilize their expertise across all products... Saving Changes...
Not sure of the question. Certainly the PMO is the custodian of systems and processes, and should support PM's and projects with compliance. These can include, but are not limited to, quality systems and standards such as 6sigma.

as a PMO myself cant agree more to what Sante said, however i personally feel a PMO should have basic knowledge of all processes and methodologies used to empower PMO to make decision & evaluate health of core processes.
