How do I transfer reading a book about PM into PDUs?
Is it per hour spent reading 1 PDU?

Makes you wonder what evidence PMI will ask for if your submission is challenged - do you have to do a book report like you were in high school :-) ?

Kiron
I hope not. My book reporting days are far behind me.

Stéphane, I don't know, if you put a PM or two in that book you said you may write, you could claim PDU's ;-)

I'm not sure PDUs are sufficient enticement to do a book report, Sante.

I could not see if there is a limit to PDU’s claim for reading.
Is there a limit?

Vincent, reading falls under Education which only has a minimum (18), no maximum.

Lately I have been reading John P. Kotter. Any suggestions on other great authors?

Sorry Ivan, I should have also mentioned the books I was referring to, not just the author.

Gordon 2007 - The Power of Positive Leadership
Yuki 2012 - Leadership in Organizations
Adair 2006 - Leadership and Motivation
Bolden et al 2003 - A review of Leadership Theory and Competencies, Rothwell 2010 - Effective Succession Planning
Drucker 2001 - The Essential Drucker
Northouse 2015 - Introduction to Leadership
House 1996 - Path Goal Theory of Leadership
Spector 2016 - Discourse on Leadership: A critical Appraisal
Goleman 2009 - Emotional Intelligence,
Collins 2001 - Good to Great
Cashman 2008 - Leadership from the inside out

And I should probably add:

Sinek 2009 - Start with the Why
Malandro 2009 - Fearless Leadership

Thanks Sante for the comprehensive list. One of the most exciting books I’ve read during my time at university was The evolution of cooperation by Axelrod. An interdisciplinary approach on the strategies of cooperation. Please read it, you won’t regret it.
