I agree with your answers for Q4, Q5, Q11, Q14, and Q15. Tell me why you chose each answer.

For Q20, I picked A. Tell me why you picked B and I will then tell you my reason for picking A.

For Q26, I picked D because all the answers seem to be valid and useful. I, too, am unaware of the Green tail theory.
Also unaware of Green tail theory. Nothing in my web search, exempt an unavailable document!

Which version of the PMBOK are you studying from? I do not recall the Green Tail Theory being in version 5 (question 26).

Green Tail Theory is very simple. It has nothing to do with stats.
-If one person tells you that you have a green tail, you might think they are nuts.
-If another person tells you that you have a green tail, you might think that the world has gotten a little weird.
-If three people tell you that you have a green tail, you better turn around and look.

This means when it comes to feedback consider the source. Also, the feedback you receive from one person may say more about them than you. Lastly, If there is a pattern to the feedback that you have received over time, there may be something valid in it.

I have taken this information from the Villanova University Mastering Project Management Study Guide.
