I would like to add to the above views, classifying project as a big, medium or small should also include how much it is strategically aligned with the performing organization's goal.
In other way, how much important it is from organization point of view, say priority, though physical size of the project is quite big in terms of cost, time & resources. Saving Changes...

You don't like Americon Idol? I must admit I went off it around a decade ago. I still like Markus' template. And I agree, quality over quantity.

I remember, years ago, voting en masse for a Canadian Idol participant. I did not vote for her because she was the best. I voted for her because she is a friend of the family.
Don't get me wrong: she was, and still is, talented. The problem is that the show favours those who get more votes, not those who are best.
