I need to wrap this thing up in about another two or three weeks.
This is in support of a research study about leadership development
through project management. The study deals specifically with the
relationship between leadership and project management practices and
how an assignment as a project manager prepares an individual for a
leadership position of greater responsibility.
The study is being conducted as part of a thesis project for the
Masters of Science in Management degree.
