Risk reporting starts with relevant information about the critical enterprise risks and how those risks are managed. Are there opportunities to enhance the risk reporting process to make it more effective and efficient? Is there a process for monitoring and reporting critical enterprise risks and emerging risks to executive management and the board?

Trying to add something to Stéphane comment above (I agreee with that) let me say something obvious: you have to take knowledge about your stakeholders to decide everything related to your project. Inside stakeholder you will find project stakehodlers and others. That is a critical success factor when you consider all related to communication, any type of communication related to your project.
