In Quality Metrics: What are the differences between FP,MTBF and MTTR? Which one of these metrics can be used in TPM ( Total Productive Maintenance)?

I cannot speak to FP since I can only think of function points, which is a software size measurement unit. I suspect that's not what you have in mind for quality metrics.

As far as mean time between failure and mean time to repair, I suspect both metrics can be used in measuring quality in any industry. I certainly have used both for software development project.
