Jeff, Mass is a particularly tough state because of regulation and the state madated benefits. I assume you're looking for the 'most affordable' health coverage available. If I'm not mistaken, Mega Life & Health offers very competitive rates ... e.g. if you're single, mid-30's, you're probably looking at $150-225/mo depending on deductible/etc. Hope this helps.
