Sample Of a merger project plan

Does anyone have a sample of a project plan for a merger intergration? We need to move quickly to intergrate all phases of operations, HR, I/T into out organization.

The Plan would depend on the size and extent of the merger. You ill find it very difficult to work on a sample as all mergers are different. If you want to disuss this contact me at [email protected]

Yes. Recently, I performed a risk assessment for the merger of two large beverage companies. However, your merger will be as unique and challenging as this one if not more so. It would be malpractice on anyone's part to suggest that one approach could possibly transfer to another.

In attempting to use an integration plan that is not uniquely your own, you expose yourself to massive amounts of risk and a false sense of security. The marriage of two cultures, approaches to information systems, et al is exceedingly difficult.

Unfortunately, there is no easy road in a merger. It will take time and the best talents of your people and others outside your company to make a merger work.
