For an upcoming offsite, we are looking to include one day of instructor-led training for a team of software project managers. The team has mixed knowledge/experience, ranging from novice to intermediate.
I am looking to focus in on 1-2 skill areas, most likely areas such as managing difficult customers and managing scope creep.
Would like recommendations for good trainers, preferably in the NY metro area.
