What Does It Mean To Be A Member of A Project Team?

I need to put together a series of training sessions on "What it means to be a member of a project" and use this as an education exercise so that resources know what to expect and what is expected of them (depending upon project role)when being involved in a Project. This "hopefully" prevent PM's like myself having to educate people on Project Management Processes/Tools (e.g. what a risk assessment is, why it is needed and how they are conducted etc) before asking them to use/participate in the "tools" to get the job done.....
Q: Has anyone got any pointers, pre-prepared presentations, recommendations of articles (anything to get the ball rolling)
