Good External PMO Admin Resources?

Does anyone have any experience using external Admin resources to support their PMO?

Specficially, I'm looking for a good offshore team that may be able to help keep documentation current, work on Cost Benefits, put out ticklers to team members, etc.... If anyone has any thoughts on this it would be greatly appreciated.
