I am looking for web based bug tracking free ware that will support several projects - any suggestions/comments?

We just evaluated a number of freeware tracking tools and selected mantis: http://www.mantisbt.org/.

It works well but we aren't wild about the user interface.

We also looked at bugzilla (defacto app), flyspray http://www.flyspray.rocks.cc/

We use a collaboration tool and built our own version of bug tracking. Granted this isn't freeware but an enterprise tool called CodeBeamer or codebeamer.com.
