I kindly ask you to share experience about cost calculation for work resources of the company. What approaches or methodologies can you recommend?

Put down the network chart use CPM and findout the resources stuck in every node an d estimate the resources. Dont forget to forecast resource cost for long term project.Depending on the location,technology and project find out a reasonable resource cost workout period and assign an aprisal percentage for resources.
Project Budgeting can also be done, find out a suitable template form gantthead itself and research on that.
