I need to define tools and procedures for re-engineering our bid management units, what exactly I’m looking for is simple tools can be understandable to anyone to reduce the resistance efforts from the other Units a breast with a simple steps even if there is exceptions or conditions that can be inserted in the new process.
Current situation: Bid Management responsible on producing the Technical Proposal and business overview parts to meet any clients needs, what obstacles we may face delay in every deliverable we have to set weak monitoring on technical parts lack of comprehensive Project Plan we have a huge Slippage in our Projects that led us to pay penalties and less estimations.
