Hi I'm new to the site and just recently got heavily involved in Project Management. It's a field that I always had great interest in but wasn't sure if it was right for me. Well after doing research on TQM, Q&P, PMI and SIX-SIGMA I have come to the conclusion that this is where I would like to be. I've actually been placed in a couple of team lead roles, and with my test date for the PMP exam aproaching it is critical that I get a jump on things. Would anyone mind feeling me in on a couple of other PM tools (e.g. MS_Project) that would be very valuable to my success in the field. Any other advice for a beginner is gladly appreciate it.
