Michael, you have definitely create interest in your book and slides and I would also appreciate a copy ([email protected]).
I'm new to gatthead and although I have 10 years in project management, business process management (BPM) is more my challenge. although most people are struggling with mapping processes (or even what is a process and what isn't), I'm more interested in designing the higher level BPM framework across an entire organisation. Every organisation needs it, most want it, but very few do it.
Any comments or experiences designing and implementing such a beast?

Thank you very much Michael. That is a huge presentation which will take me a while to go through. Your description of aligning strategy, objectives, processes…. And IT is what I have also been investigating. Are you familiar with the Stroma / OBASHI system? It is a software system which enables you to map the above.
