Okay all you Ganttheadians out there take your pick. You can have a free book (via postal mail), the slides I use in my week long HOW-TO workshop on PI (over 300 - via email) or BOTH. So just email me one or both of your mail addresses (email / snail mail) and I will get your request filled with my compliments (I even pay the postage). No catch, no strings, no kidding.
The world needs to know more about business process improvements and I am doing my best to help; One Gantthead member at a time.

Just a note, I can no longer afford to provide free copies of my 1st book in Hard bound form.
I am however providing free copies in PDF form of my 2nd book, the HOW TO edition to all who request it. I am happy to email you a copy along with the supporting workshop slides with my compliments.
