Hi - I'm new to gantthead.com and this is the first thing I've looked at. I'd certainly be interested in a copy of the slides if they're still available. I manage a small team with the responsibility for 6-sigma and strategic planning, but I'm looking to refocus our 6-sigma activities to be far more process improvement orientated (where 6-sigma is just one of a number of approaches), so anything you've got would be really useful.
