Try to remember Conflict is Good....

Having said that. Resolve it by using the best method according to the situation. collaboration and addressing the issue is my preferred method. Try to facilitate the solution by concentrating on the problem not the personalities.

yes - Vincent is right -- try to understand the motivations -- it will bring the issue to a close faster!

Why are the views different and how does thier view compare to other stakeholders, in particular the sponsors. Also how important are they. These awnsers should inform how much effort you should put into shifting on or other of thier views.
