I am looking for good resource materials so as to prepare for (PMI-RMP).

Nian,

I would suggest you make a simple search on RMP here in the discussion, you will find many discussion on the subject.

The basis is the PMBOK and Practice Standard for Project Risk Management.

Personally I have also use "Passing the RMP certification exam the first time". Also Rita's book on Risk, but preferred the other.

When I wrote it back in 2011, other than the two PMI references Vincent provided, I reviewed a number of the archived monthly articles I'd received from Dr. David Hillson (The Risk Doctor) and did a number of practice exam questions from pmstar.org.

Make sure you don't just read the risk management portion of the PMBOK. There are other areas, like stakeholder management, that are covered in the exam.
