Many benefit plans offer some choices. For example, given that my wife also has a benefit plan, we made choices that made sense taken together.

I suspect, Rami, that Riyadh is comparing a full benefits package versus having to pick and choose the options and benefits you want.

I would suggest flexible work arrangements as an alternative.

A Cafeteria plan is an employee benefit plan that allows staff to choose from a variety of benefits to formulate a plan that best suits their needs. Cafeteria plan options may include health and accident insurance, cash benefits, tax advantages and/or retirement plan contributions.

Anish, that is certainly one key benefit that is becoming increasingly popular.

Hi Riyadh:
That is a difficult to answer, especial in manufacture company. there is poor benefits for officer. because company don't have much benefit too. but the core benefit for workers is money and respect.about company's recruitment, In my opinion, the HR need know the people what is the really need, maybe somebody just need a job for living or somebody want have a good improvement. if company don't have this ability satisfy employee requirement. you should let their know. but most of time that will not happen. mostly they just give employee a lip-service.
Thanks
