What is the cafeteria approach ? Never heard of it before ?
It is a Flexible benefit programs allow employees to select a mix of benefits and services that match their individual needs, the company provide an account with a specified number of dollars then the employees shop for benefits offered by the employer with cost sheet describe each benefit.

Hi Rami mostly you can see such approach in North America, where I work the company use this plan just for the MBOS , PPO, SDA rewards along with other main core benefits plan.

This is great. I live in North America (West Coast, Vancouver) but never heard of this system before. I bet the employees who has this privilege are quite satisfied.
